Job Description
- Conceptualize and develop new gamification mechanics to engage users and optimize previous mechanics
- Manage and plan financial aspect of gaming campaign in eCommerce
- Ensure profitability of each gaming unit
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
- Build, lead and drive a team to achieve above objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with good GPA
- Have working experience in either product management, UI/UX, management consulting, internet, or eCommerce marketing would be a plus
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Good team player and communication skills
- Great English skills is a must
