Job Description
- Responsible for documenting all the production issues in Product team
- Provide prompt and documented responses to stakeholders for reported issues
- Communicate with Users / Business / Technical teams to address bugs/issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience from reputable university
- Independent and able to multitask, work with within timelines
- Highly meticulous and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
