Job Description
- The Partnerships Officer will help generate E-Commerce leads for Shipmates ranging from Small and Medium to Enterprise Clients.
- Able to effectively guide and onboard merchants with the Shipmates Dashboard.
- Partner with different clients to help grow their business, help solve their logistics pain points by using the Shipmates App, and provide shipper support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be empathetic, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Background working for a SaaS company is an advantage.
- Familiarity in using Notion, Airtable, Linear, and Intercom is a plus.
- Able to manage tasks and projects well.
- Effectively able to work well and collaborate with teammates.
- Has basic knowledge of API and technical integrations in Ecommerce and Shipping.
- Tech savvy.
