Job Description
We are looking for an I.T. Business Development manager who will lead the company’s efforts in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Information Technology industry. Your role will revolve around building and maintaining client relationships, understand their needs, and provide solutions. You'll work closely with the Engineering team to develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and responses to proposal requests.

Responsibilities:
-Crafting high-quality proposals and delivering presentations
-Developing and managing relationships with clients and partners in the IT industry
-Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs
-Tapping into potential clients through effective leads generation practices including cold calls and emails
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets
-Conducting research on competitors and industry trends to stay competitive and informed
-Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients and partners
-Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM best practices
-Providing excellent customer service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
-Communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
-Staying up to date on new advancements and technologies in the IT industry
Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or business administration
-Several years of experience in I.T. sales and marketing
-Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients
-Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion
-Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment
-Ability to project a positive attitude and a high degree of self-confidence
-Ability to effectively manage time and multiple client-related deadlines
-Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to develop and communicate solutions to complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms
-Willingness to work a flexible shift as needed
-Fluent in English - spoken and written
