- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships within local areas to increase sales and revenue.
- Train, mentor and motivate Sales Associates to achieve their individual sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales, preferably beauty and health industry
- Experienced in leading sales or business development team
- Has a strong network and relation maintenance
- Knowledgeable in the designated area (especially Jabodetabek)
- Good communication, leadership, and target-oriented
- Strong people management skills
- Proven analytical skills and data-driven thinking
