SMPC as a service oriented Cooperative, has developed a proactive solution that addresses the casual/contractual workers’ plight of low income and poor quality of life, as well as the issues of companies’ cost of recruitment and training, labor legalities and the low productivity that eventually results from the traditional engagement of service contracts. It also promotes activities of providing the members with sustainable, progressive, diversified but dignified sources of livelihood in the spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurship with environmental responsibility. To date, SMPC is moving and setting the trend in the corporate industry of mobilizing economic cost-effective and quality service to its clients.
