The Company developed & constructed its own residential subdivision known as QUEENSLAND SUBDIVISION located at Damong Maliit, Brgy. Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City. Queensland has a total area of more or less eight (8) hectares consisting Phase 1, 2 &3. Almost 280 houses had been sold & constructed for Phase 2 & 3 and for Phase 1 more than three (3) hectares of lots in various cuts were sold. The Company’s Project Management team managed & supervised the entire construction such as unit construction, road construction, water and sewerage system and other related works until its final completion. 1996- With the on-going business operation at Queensland subdivision, T.N. Ramos Properties undertake the construction of its Company Building, the Queensland Condominium, a four (4) storey building located at #4 Cagayan Street Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Bago Bantay, Quezon City 1100 Philippines. By the year 2001, T.N. Ramos Construction & Development Corporation was born. This new company will now be responsible for the development of a range of projects such as housing, buildings (vertical & horizontal), roads, highway pavements, railways, airport horizontal structures, bridges, water supply and industrial plants. T.N. Ramos Construction is a licensed General Contractor by PCAB, accredited with the Department of Public Works & Highways, other Local Government Units, and other private companies.
