Growth Specialist  

SariSuki is the first and largest Philippine-based community-selling platform that aims to uplift communities by improving Filipinos’ access to quality and affordable essential goods.

Since its establishment last 2020, SariSuki has been deemed one of the country’s top and most promising startups, receiving over 25M USD from venture capitalists. With a 5,000-strong network of Community Leaders (CLs), SariSuki continues to grow in boosting a more efficient Philippine supply chain ecosystem by directly sourcing produce from farmers and manufacturers.

With the CLs as one of our driving forces, we are looking for a Growth Specialist whose main responsibility is to execute various Growth initiatives–from loyalty, retention, campaigns, etc.

• Set up different promos and campaign flows using various tools
• Improve maximization of campaigns and optimize CL funnel based on real-time performance metrics
• Analyze data and draw insights to boost CL growth
• Act as the key person in leveraging CLs from onboarding to making them regular self-sufficient CLs
• Execute initiatives that will empower CLs to leverage from one earning tier to the next
• Take on various external partnerships that will enhance engagement of CLs

• At least 3 yrs of experience in a growth/performance marketing role
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Technology, or any related course
• Comfortable in managing and interpreting various data; strategic
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
