Job Description
- Be the focal point of contact with Clients.
- Develop and maintain close relationship with designated Clients as well as Marketing offices.
- Make reports of sales, keep statistics, and monitor sales activities.
- These reports and stats are to be communicated to Clients to manage their expectations.
- Liaise with Clients accurately and effectively to develop new marketing materials.
- Ensure that all Marketing offices have enough stocks of marketing materials to operate and that all materials are refreshed periodically and kept in good condition.
- Ensure the highest standard and best quality services are delivered to all clients by working closely with other departments such as:
- Event Team
- Customer Service Team
- Operations Team
- Prepare and review any proposal, contractual term, agreement, and memorandum of understanding.
- Monitor clients' payments and follow up of payments.
- Mentor and coach Client Account Executives.
- Assist General Manager as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity such as Client Account Management, Public Relations, or Business Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Utilize decision-making and good problem-solving skills.
- Systematic, independent, and has great attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Highly motivated and result-driven.
- Detailed, analytical, confident, and articulate.
- Ability to:
- Multitask and use personal judgement.
- Work under pressure and meet organisational deadlines.
- Learn code for automated and manual file system.
- With an assertive and pro-active approach.
