Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the development and implementation of assigned projects. The PM is also responsible for engaging with the business in determining the specific requirements, prioritization and budget consideration in delivering the agreed solution. Additional scope includes but is not limited to:
- Stakeholder management which includes setting expectations, project updates and project escalation needs.
- Collaboration with the different groups affected by the projects including end-users, IT organization, and other departments involved in the project.
- Manages vendor scope, deliverables, and integration needs.
- Defines project objectives, scope, and risks.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Provides technical and architecture oversight to ensure that the solution meets business expectations, and has the scalability, performance and interoperability needs for future system evolutions
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively with clients and peers at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Agile techniques, processes or teams
- At least 5 years experience in managing full life cycle development projects and handling diverse project teams
- Must be experienced in managing Mobile development and deployment (IOS, ANDROID) from requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and post-production support
- Worked with the design team on mobile application requirements for Users Interface and Users Experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- PMP certification
- AGILE SCRUM certification
- Experience in developing Native or Hybrid Mobile
Required Education
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
