Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The position is primary responsible for providing assistance to support the organization's daily operations in the areas of accounting, finance, and personnel services. Duties may include processing of pre-employment documents, timekeeping, office inventory management, document filing and recordkeeping.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs daily filing and recordkeeping of documents.
- Records and maintains an office inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Prepares memorandum for issuance to employees as needed.
- Works closely with the Admin Officer in the compilation and monitoring of the daily time records and overtime of employees and performs necessary update on their timesheet.
- Serves as the petty cash custodian and is responsible in recording and monitoring of all received receipts and reconciliation in close coordination with the Finance and Admin officer.
- Provides administrative support to different organizational units as needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs messengerial job from time to time.
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities / transactions immediately to immediate head to preempt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business Course from reputable school or university.
- Up to 6 months experience in Office Administration. Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino language.
- Risk and result-oriented.
- Must be analytical and able to think outside the box.
