The Role: Associate – Technical Client Support
The Team: We are responsible for providing tech support for our business intelligence tool. We have a global footprint and are present in the US, Philippines, & Pakistan. We provide opportunities to gain in-depth product knowledge & hone technical skills.
The Location: Makati, Philippines

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing the highest level of product and technical support to S&P Global clients.
- Showcase your expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective
- Provide new user orientation, education, and installation assistance; troubleshoot tech specific problems and occasionally answer data and industry-specific questions – all via phone, e-mail, and chat.
- Work in both independent and group settings, and be able to meet deadlines, while ensuring both accurate and complete work.
- Must be amenable to work different shifts including night shift.
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- You have a basic understanding of the finance industry, proficient in computer applications and operating systems
- You possess strong analytical skills and can multitask effectively
- You have an appetite for providing superb customer service
Basic Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or Data Science related field
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and can communicate via phone and email
- You have experience working in a service desk or technical support setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

- Prior experience or familiarity with SQL or other database technologies
