The Sales Manager is the overall in-charge in directing and supervising the field sales operations for all department stores, appliance stores, supermarkets, wholesalers and other distribution outlets. Has direct line authority over all sales representatives in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Areas.
Will oversee the actual selling of the company’s products to the dealers and ensure that good business relations are developed and maintained with all customers.
Will aggressively initiate expansion of its sales operation nationwide particularly in the supermarket business by soliciting and opening new accounts.
Will be tasked to go on regular calls on dealers and visit field sales personnel to ensure that field sales executives are achieved and that sales policies are followed.
Expected to have an actual feel of the market in as much as, among managerial personnel, he is the one directly exposed to the dealers, customers and competitors, hence, he regularly gives feedback as to the actual field or market conditions, and actively participates in strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Has extensive experience in retail sales handling global products
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
