Senior Marketing Manager (FMCG)  

Lead in the development of Concepts and Plans that will enable both Sales Team and Brands to Win with Customers at the First Moment of Truth

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate Brand Marketing Initiatives and Country Business Programs into winning Integrated Business Plans
• Leads deployment and implementation of all in-store marketing programs and below-the-line activities, production of point-of-sale materials and other innovative merchandising vehicles.
• Leads Shopper-driven Concepts and Innovation work across trade channels.
• Drives customer differentiation work across select customers.
• Collaborate with / integrate “go-to-market” strategies of Marketing and Sales Teams
• Employs strong and efficient work processes to ensure adequate field sales support mechanisms to allow Sales Teams to successfully deliver sales commitments.
• Leads follow through, closure and evaluation of all trade programs and activities.
• Documents Current Best Approaches (CBAs) for replication with future initiatives.
• Provides the team customer marketing technologies/tools – efficient and effective promotions, new product introduction models and in-store merchandising models.
• Effectively uses knowledge of category and market data to enable customer teams to develop breakthrough business plans.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Must have experience in FMCG industry.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Pasig City
