Job Description

Creatives Management

  • Leading and managing a team of creative professionals, ensuring the development and execution of high-quality creative content that aligns with company goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to identify and prioritize creative opportunities that support business objectives.
  • Overseeing the creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking out new ways to push creative boundaries and drive results.
  • Contributing to the overall development of the company's creative culture, helping to create a collaborative, inspiring work environment for team members.
  • Providing regular progress updates and reports to leadership, communicating the impact of creative efforts on business goals.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members, helping to develop their skills and capabilities as creative professionals

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing creative concepts and strategies - responsible for developing the overall vision and direction for a project or campaign. This includes coming up with innovative ideas and concepts that align with the company’s values and goals.
  • Ensuring quality and consistency - responsible for ensuring that all creative work produced by the team meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the brand's aesthetic and values. This may involve reviewing and approving creative assets, providing feedback and revisions, and enforcing guidelines and standards.
  • Managing budgets and resources - responsible for managing budgets and resources for creative projects, including allocating resources, negotiating contracts, and tracking expenses. This involves working closely with financial and operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices - creative director should stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in their industry, including new technologies, design techniques, and marketing strategies. This helps ensure that the team's work stays relevant and effective.
  • Developing and implementing creative processes - develop and implement processes and systems to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This may involve setting deadlines, establishing workflow systems, and coordinating with other teams.
  • Presenting to clients and senior leadership - responsible for presenting ideas and concepts to clients and senior leadership, including pitches and presentations. This involves effective communication and the ability to clearly articulate the creative vision.
  • Developing and maintaining the creative vision - guiding the creative vision for the organization, ensuring that all creative work aligns with the brand's values and goals. This may involve creating and maintaining style guides, tone of voice, and brand standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Creative Director in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
  • Alternatively, 5 years of experience as an Art Director in advertising, or, 5 years of experience as a Producer in advertising.
  • Profound understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in video and print design.
  • Effective communication of design concepts and ideas.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing
