Lead Graphic Artist  

Graphical Management:

• Creating visually appealing 2D and 3D graphics that effectively communicate a brand or message
• Managing and directing a team of graphic artists to complete projects within specified timelines
• Working with clients to understand their needs and create graphics that align with their goals
• Creating illustrations, animations and interactive graphics for digital platforms
• Designing 2d and 3D graphics for a variety of mediums including print, digital, and video
• Working with other departments and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Creating graphic design concepts, develop layouts, and produce final graphics for clients
• Creating visual assets that align with the company's overall vision and mission
• Continuously research and implement new design trends and techniques in graphic design projects

Conceptualization and Design:

• Responsible for creating visually appealing designs and illustrations for various projects, such as advertisements, brochures, posters, and websites. They conceptualize and brainstorm ideas for the design, and then create sketches and mock-ups to present to the client or team.

Image Manipulation and Editing:

• Skilled in the use of image editing software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, to manipulate and enhance images and graphics. They use these tools to correct color and brightness, crop images, and add special effects.

Branding and Identity:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining a brand’s visual identity across various mediums, such as print and digital media. They create logos, branding guidelines, and other visual elements that help to establish a consistent look and feel for the brand.

Project Management:

• Responsible for managing various projects from start to finish, including client meetings, project timelines, and deadlines. They work closely with the client or team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Team Management:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the work of other graphic artists on the team. This includes assigning tasks and projects, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring that the team is meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work. They also act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Technical Skills:

• Has in-depth technical skills, such as proficiency in the use of 2D and 3D graphic design software, color theory, typography, and layout design. They also have knowledge of web design.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, demonstrating a strong portfolio.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Art Direction in an advertising or creative or creative agency setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or advanced training in graphic design or related disciplines.
• Continual professional development and staying updated on industry trends and design software advancements.
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of print production and pre-press procedures.
• Willing to work onsite at our Stronghold office in Xavierville, Quezon City.
