RSP LIM CONSTRUCTION (formerly RSP LIM Construction & Allied Services) is a general contractor of housing units, condominiums, recreational amenities, and other buildings. Since January 1994, the company has already accomplished millions worth of projects, which were all delivered on time and consistent with industry standards. Living by its definition of quality, “doing things right the first time,” the company now has a massive workforce of competent and loyal employees. The project is located in a prime lot near Maysilo Circle (Mandaluyong City Hall). This 16-storey building will surely become a landmark for its green building features -- soon to be the first in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
