Job Description
- o devise a strategic design for customer experience and loyalty programs to increase relevance of personalized communication with customers
- To create and implement targeted promotional campaigns and tie-ups to ensure engagement and retention of member and new partners
- In charge of overall lifecycle for each campaign, from planning to execution until follow through
- Will be handling email, SMS, social media or mobile blast for promos to increase awareness of members
- Monitor competitors' loyalty programs and adapt best pratices to continuously improve program's performance and value
- Coordinate with analytics team to identify customer segment opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or other related courses
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in account or project management
- Has strong attention to detail
- Highly creative and resourceful with marketing strategies to inform, engage and motivate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Loyalty / CRM Marketing gained in retail or banking industry an advantage
- Must be flexible and can adapt in a team-oriented environment
