- Prepares artworks for presentation and for procurement of materials.
- Coordinates with suppliers for the specifications and quotations for each material to be used for the project.
- Prepares the budget allocation/PR and approval.
- Installs props to stores and checks that there will be no excess materials. Documents the décor for reference.
- Coordinates also with Marketing, Merchandising, and other departments on the details activities and does the actual breakdown of materials per store for distribution including the installation of props to stores.
- Visits the stores on the first week of promotion to check if the implementation is correct.
- Accounts for all items after the dismantling and making recommendations what to be stored and to be disposed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Designs, Interior Design or other related Courses
- Has at least 2 years of experience handling a team under Visual Merchandising
- With experience in retail industry is preferred but not required
- Proficient with Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other editing tools
