Robinsons Department Store is looking for a Division Merchandise Manager who will focus on handling the Boy's and Girl's Wear of Children's Department.

A DMM is responsible for:

  • Achievement of target EBIT per category
  • Monitor merchandise movements and depletion of aging and damaged items
  • Knows and understands how to do markdowns and price break control
  • Product development and acquisition
  • Analyzes and recommends trends based on market research and competition

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related course
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in retail merchandising
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge in retail operations and business trends
