Job Description
- Making outbound calls daily to qualify leads for the Account Executives.
- Manage all aspects of the front end of the sales cycle
- Engage with Directors and C- level officers to develop long term business relationships.
- Document all customer interactions and update opportunities using Netsuite (CRM)
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes, purchase orders, delivery, etc
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
- Good communication, written and oral, and customer service skills
- Excellent listening, negotation and presentation skills.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Post Sales Customer Service
- Minimun 2-3 years of BPO experience.
