Job Description
- Provide assistance related to Travel and Hotel business such as tourist attractions, flight bookings, holidays, hotel reservations and more.

Handle customer’s complaints in a professional and polite manner.

Do the proper documentation of customers’ inquiries and responses for future reference.

Work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any course/ High school graduate
- 2 years of sales or service customer experience with 2 years native GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo and Worldspan).
