Job Description

  • Provide assistance related to Travel and Hotel business such as tourist attractions, flight bookings, holidays, hotel reservations and more.
  • Handle customer’s complaints in a professional and polite manner.

  • Do the proper documentation of customers’ inquiries and responses for future reference.

  • Work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Graduate of any course/ High school graduate
  • 2 years of sales or service customer experience with 2 years native GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo and Worldspan).
  • Communication Skills – Should be above average
