Job Description
Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements or contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Handle after sales services and prospecting and opening new accounts
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Sales, or any related course
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must know how to propose appropriate products to the client and its market
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
