- Responsible end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, assessment, interview, negotiation, on-boarding)
- Design and implemented internal employee engagement event
- Ensuring the compliance of the contract with the labor regulations
- Support human capital operational (related to recruitment process)
- Involved in developing human capital target and strategies process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related from reputable university
- Have min. 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR
- Preferable has experience in using and interpreting Assessment Tools (DISC, Pauli, Big5, Papikostick)
- Have experience in using Competency Based Interview
- Have good understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations
- Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other department
- Excellent communication skills, self-organized and self-driven
- Proficiency in using various job portal
- Enjoy to build engagement activities
- Experienced in working in a dynamic, start-up environment will be an advantage
- Willing to Hybrid (1x WFO perweeks)
