Job Description
- Monitors office operations
- Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper upper-level
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
- Tracks office supply inventory
Minimum Qualifications
- Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
- Highly organized and flexible
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent in the English Language; speaking and writing
