- Assist in overall execution of project and project coordination.
- Assists in preparation of mothly project status reports.
- Assists in preparation of construction schedule.
- Conducts daily site inspection to ensure the correct work implementation based on the approved plans and specifications in line with the standard construction guidelines.
- Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and other documents for updating purposes by actual site verification.
- Conducts preventive maintenance of building, office equipment and motot vehicle.
- Prepare estimate of bill of materials for proposed plumbing, electrical and building maintenance and upgrading projects.
- Conducts maintenance and minor repairs of plumbing and electrical system.
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering relevant to the job;
- 4 hours of relevant training;
- 1 year of releant experience;
- RA (1080) Engineer.

Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area.
