Job Description

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Configuration, set up and testing of new and existing implementation clients based on the required client specifications. Focusing on billing builds and import/export file set up.
  • Assist in setting up of the updates and renewals of ongoing clients.
  • Updates client’s enrollment systems by creating templates and/or manually entering client requirements into the system.
  • Assist on the testing and auditing of enrollments, structures, rates, and other systems related set up.
  • Assist on the generation of QA Pre and Post AE communications and queue for client’s enrollment system to print and mail.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating of tasks
  • Assist in conducting testing of enrollments system including but not limited to creating test employees and employee groups and performing scenario testing. Ensuring that client rules were captured accurately, and employees are able to enroll into the system without any issues.
  • Reaches out to clients via email, ticket, case or call to address issues or any client related concerns.
  • Assists in creating test scripts, procedures and other client and company required documents.
  • Participates in client calls and training sessions when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
  • Experience in systems configuration is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent skills in oral and written English communication
