Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruitment- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Training and Onboarding - Lead and manage the onboarding process plus Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in the role assigned.
Policy Documentation - Help create a standard policy for PH employees and make sure that these policies are implemented, Handle employee relation matters professionally, monitor employee standings and submit reports as required.
HR Business Partner
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and provides hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, and conflict management.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Documenting Policy Breaches: Maintain records of policy breaches, conduct investigations as
necessary, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. This is crucial for upholding organizational standards and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR manager (Supervisory Level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with working on a start-up company and creating policies
• Experience with google docs and sheets
• Works independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement
