Job Description
- managing and directing a team of developers to ensure that project goals are met.
- provides technical guidance and expertise to the development team, including reviewing code, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that development best practices are followed.
- managing the project timeline and ensuring that the team meets deadlines.
- designing the software architecture and ensuring that it is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to best practices.
- ensuring that the software is of high quality, meets business requirements, and is tested thoroughly.
- creating technical documentation for the software, including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and user manuals.
- communicating project progress and technical issues to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and other departments.
- identifying areas for improvement in the development process, tools, and technologies, and making recommendations to the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent technical expertise
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good leadership skills
- Knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends including software architecture and software life cycle from starting GIT to deployment
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Javascript and Devops
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies
