Job Description
- Conduct company research to develop a potential business to customers based on the assigned segment
- Build a professional relation and network with existing customers to expand the business by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the service process run smoothly as well as resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular sales progress daily, weekly, and monthly
- Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Having 3 years of working experience in Sales Corporate, Business Development
- Experienced in handling Online/Offline Seller and Marketplace segmentation
- Good communication skills & able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
