Job Description
- Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.
- Perform installation and configuration, maintenance.
- Make a technical report regarding the work that has been done.
- Create, plan, and execute client-specific cloud solutions.
- Ensure that the cloud network responds to customer expectations.
- Consult with customer to discover growth strategies.
- Resolve any network issue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science
- Age 20 - 30 years
- Experience in the field of IT Network for at least 1 - 2 Years
- Must have professional IT field certification : CCNA (International)
- Like operational work
- Ever been involved in a project for implementing Cisco devices
- Willing to work shifting (3 shifts)
- Mastering the field of IT network & system infrastructure: Routing & Switching System and Voice System or Security System
- Mastering the field of IT network Management System and cabling system
