Job Description
- Make sure company's level of compliance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) an capital market through monitoring regulations.
- Make sure preparations for holding the General Meeting of Shareholders Shares (GMS) and fulfill legal aspects in accordance with the objectives which are expected.
- Manage relationships with the media as a means of company's communication.
- Complete documentation of other securities belonging to the company up to date, according to the specified policy.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any major, GPA min 3.00.

Have min 2-3 years experience to create annual & sustainability report.

Have experience to create annual report to OJK dan IDX at public company.

Good understanding of corporate law and corporate governance.

Capable of collaborating with individuals of various ranks.

Outstanding communication abilities (both in oral & written).
