Job Description
- Ensuring application systems both in terms of hardware and software run without any interruptions.
- Manage service level management to reduce risk and align IT services with business needs related to Digital Healthcare Ecosystem applications.
- Ensuring that IT problems and requests for IT services related to the Digital Healthcare Ecosystem application can be resolved according to the service management level and anticipating the impacts/risks that will occur.
- Ensuring that the process of installing, configuring and implementing new applications/new functions/system upgrades goes well and is documented.
- Ensure management of IT assets and security of access to information/data and use of other IT resources in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
- Ensuring updating of policies and procedures in accordance with applicable requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Informatics Management, Information Systems, GPA min 3.00
- Max 35 Years Old.
- Min. 3 years working experience in L2 Engineer.
- Experience in network analysis protocol, server management, management of hardware, software, and computer systems.
- Experience working with Dynatrace and Nimsoft tools, MS SQL, Microsoft Azure Cloud PaaS, Agile, CI/CD, or DevOps environments.
- Having knowledge Node.js, Postman, MongoDB, or SQL Query.
