Job Description
- Develop, upgrade, repair, and appropriate support to meet the needs of the company
- Ensuring the implementation, utilization and control of infrastructure and existing components/systems are carried out effectively and timely and documented.
- Ensuring the management of company infrastructure and data security and confidentiality relating to information that is processed, stored or accessed through the network.
- Ensure coordination with other IT teams and or internal users implement data/communication network implemented with well and provide the necessary training.
- Ensuring that planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the use of infrastructure and other work programs are carried out properly.
- Ensuring updating of policies and procedures in accordance with applicable requirements
- Provide solutions related to problems in system infrastructure and malfunctions received from other departments or sections
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics with GPA min. 3.00
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields
- Proficient database system management software, enterprise resource planning software, mobile platforms development software
- Proficient Microsoft PowerShell, Active Directory, Vista, Linux, Cloud, APIs, DCHP, SaaS, Unix Software
- Fluent in english
