- Develop technology infrastructure of the company's digital ecosystem and ensure alignment with long-term market needs & business objectives
- Set direction for technological vision, roadmap, and architecture required for org to achieve business strategic objectives
- Deploy and maintain core infrastructure, data platforms, and security services
- Supervise tech build out and system infra. to ensure efficiency of business processes
- Ensure applications/infrastructure, quality, and reliability meet business needs
- Ensure IT systems are secure/compliant with regulations
- Identify potential IT risks and issues, and prioritize solution building
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure systems meet needs, timelines, and budgets
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc or other relevant graduate degrees is a plus

8+ years relevant work experience in architecting and developing digital platforms and IT systems

Prior work experience in the healthcare industry

Working knowledge of technological trends to build strategy for digital-based products

Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills, to develop appropriate systems for business requirements

Prior leadership experience with 20+ team

Works well with cross-functional teams and can effectively manage stakeholder expectations

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
