Job Description
- Develop & Execute Marketing plans
- Manage and optimize marketing budget
- Conduct market research
- Manage & coordinate with internal & external teams
- Analyze data & report on result
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends in Furniture Industry
- Manage stock & stockist
- Setting sales target
- Executing, analyzing, and reporting the measurable impact of the promotion.
- Planning events with third parties
- Prepare route market strategy for new product category
- Creating Brand Activation offline and online
- Plan marketing strategy, strategic plans, pricing strategy, etc
- Collaborate with Sales executives and digital marketing
- Approach to new clients
- Collaborate with new vendors and brands
- Create marketing KPI and ROI
- Support boosting Sales of company & increase brand awareness by interacting with end-users
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
- Must have five (5) years and above experience in Sales, Operations, or Marketing Management
- Preferably with strong relations with the furniture industry
- Must be Goal-driven with proven track record of achievement
- Proficient in English and local language
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Previous management responsibility with marketing management
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with appropriate attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to evangelize organization and accomplishments
- Experience in company environments that foster value, initiative and self-efficiency
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community
- Must be highly organized, energetic, and can solve problems independently
