Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Aid customers in the opening, managing and optimizing their lender accounts in any products.
- Pursue leads and potential customers to expand services and products offered.
- Provide advisory choices for clients regarding available financial services.
- Resolve issues regarding customer accounts.
- Perform other administrative duties (such as data entry into in-house software).
- Makes any cold/hot calls to any potential leads.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): customer service
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
