Job Description
- Support all administration related to Sales Team activities, administer and prepare the tender documentation
- Maintain the report documentation and proposals
- Administer the proposals, sales contracts, etc
- Responsible for dealing with invoices and monitoring the payment from the Customer
- Maintain database of customers, partners and contacts. Ensure that all the business contacts are updated on a regular basis into the database accordingly.
- Conduct sales data research, statistics and analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum High School Degree (SMA/SMK) fresh graduates are allow to sign up
- Able to communicate
- Able to operate Ms. Excel
- Quick learner about majoo’s Product Knowledge
