Job Description
- Administers orders of needed goods from marketplace (i,e Tokopedia, etc) up until confirming completion of orders and compliance with details specified.
- Maintain goods’ availability and fulfilment, including but not limited to, manage inventory, warehousing, and stock opname:
- Receiving and checking purchase requests against inventory records and stock on hand.
- Investigating and identifying supply sources and preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Counting incoming stock and reconciling it with requisitions, and updating inventory and stock location records.
- Process daily and weekly report to Finance and Accounting Coordinator; examining orders and compiling data.
- Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams regarding goods’ stock, refund, and current condition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma to Bachelor degree in Economy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing.
- Willing to work mobile.
- Willing to contribute hands-on.
