Job Description
- Take inbound calls or email inquiries from customers or clients.
- Assist them, in Indonesian/English language, regarding our product and service.
- Must meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of activities in solving problems, requests from clients and/or if any actions taken.
- Handle customer/client's complaints, claims and queries.
- Doing any requested tasks as ordered by user.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Male, Single, max. 27 years old.
- Experienced in the same field.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong detail oriented, initiative attitude & willing to learn.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Able to work in shifting hours.
