Job Description
- Translate business requirements to a documented business processes and high level system requirement
- Perform as singlepoint of contact to business in terms of new or changed business requirements
- Ensure all business units are covered and ensure proactive engagement
- A liaison between business user and development team to understand and to refine the requirement
- Resolve any escalation from business users regarding IT delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree with technology and/or management major
- Minimum 8 years of working experience as IT Business Partner with minimum 5 years in management level
- Having experience in pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) including software development
- Demonstrate application functional requirement & design definition, testing and performance analysis skill
- Good understanding of IT in general
- Good understanding of financial / manufacturing / distribution / international business process
- Outstanding customer service, leadership and communication skills
