- Analyze organizational trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

Managing and maintaining the LMS, including uploading training content, tracking employee progress, and generating reports.

Facilitating training sessions (virtual or in person) for employees with various roles.

Assessing skill or knowledge gaps and evaluating learning & development needs per role/department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, etc
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience in handling branding through Social Media
- Excellent communication skill
- Have a knack of creativity
