Job Description
- Support Product Manager to execute implementation of product roadmap, product construct & pricing.
- Monitor and analyze the Indonesia market landscape for Lending product trends, opportunities, regulatory changes and competitor activity, as well as big data sources to enhance product controls
- Support product manager to develop, implement and improve in the following areas:
- Pricing Structure and Methodology
- Leads production innovation
- Product life cycle management
- Product governance framework
- Management of products & services with end-to-end responsibility from opportunity identification to product Calculating the revenue of each product construct and translate into unit economic & contribution margin
- Collect, analyze and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and enhance features and end products
- Support BD & marketing team to build partnership with potential partner related to products innovation & maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome, no specific education background is required
- Having growth mindset and deep passion in data analysis
- Having sharp statistical and mathematical intuition in digesting large number of data sets
- Excellent communication skills, be in written, verbal, or slide presentations, to present data and insight in meetings
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative working and assisting in development
- Able to prioritize and focus on important issues
