Job Description
- Create standardization of every product formation
- Establish the standardization of the programming language used for each product feature
- Collaborate with business partners, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify technical and functional system requirements, determine work priorities, and ensure end-to-end integrated designs and deliverables
- Encourage innovation, application of cutting-edge technology, out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self and team/departmental development
- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions in product development with an agile framework (Scrum, Extreme Programming, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking)
- Responsible for all aspects of SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) of new and existing products/features
- Apply DevOps methods/practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related fields
- 5-7 years of experience in digital company (FinTech, E-Commerce, WebApps, and Mobile Apps)
- Experienced in building highly scale-able distributed systems
- Experienced in building test environments for distributed systems.
