Job Description
Summary job:
To Support head of digital innovation in building features for a mobile application, testing new concepts with customers, and coordinating closely with the working team (innovation tribe) in make sure development are on time. BAU job is mix between being business analyst and UI/UX Expert.
Key responsibilities:
- Support head of digital innovation to plan, build, and evaluate the product
- Conduct ideation sessions, customer research workshop and testing new solution with customer.
- Create and prepare illustration new idea: storyboard, process flow, sitemaps
- Collaboration with other function to deliver new solution
- Work with scrum master and engineering team to implement the product requirement
- Bring in your own ideas and strive for constant improvement
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or related.
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Product Management / Business Analyst
- Own a track record in building mobile application.
- Good in numbers and a quantitative background to support decision making.
- Have analytical and critical thinking skills of user behaviors
- Have interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player, including taking direction as required, and working well with others
