Job Description
- Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team. Create document of product guideline based on guideline from product manager.
- Provide product operational support to product managers. Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems
- Provide support for the specific project and/or smallest stream under the project.
- Do testing based on checklist given by product manager and report the result as it is.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Financial, System Information, Computer Science will be prioritized.
- Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem-solving skills.
- Able to describe product requirement as a product documentation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Office Suite. Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Able to communicate verbally and writing in English.
- Excellent in organizing document and archiving.
