The Key Accounts Sales Rep. is a high-growth role that shall handle relationships with modern trade accounts such as supermarkets, retailers, grocers, drugstores, etc. throughout the Philippines. As such, he/she shall build relationships, determine adequate product visibility, monitor marketing/promotional activities, and ensure that the company’s sales strategies are implemented well in-store. This role is directly responsible for the achievement of revenue, distribution, marketing, and receivables goals of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any degree, preferably with background in business, marketing, or communication
- Sales/client relationship (at least 3 years) experience with full understanding of retail market environment (modern trade or consumer/pharmaceutical products) strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Good analytical skills, high initiative, high motivation, and pleasant/likable personality
