Job Description
-
Manage end to end of the project and coordinating with each functional team.

Receiving every request (new installation) to be forwarded to the Preparation team and complaints to be forwarded to the Help Desk team so that client requests can be fulfilled.

Validate the completeness, features, and type of EDC for every request and complaint.

Ensure the Preparation team has EDC supplies to meet client demands.

Determine the priority of requests and complaints received from clients based on the SLA of each client so that operational activities run smoothly and in accordance with the SLA.

Check monthly status reports on the client portal as KPI assessments for account admins.

Send all reports to clients (daily, weekly, and monthly) so that billing activities run smoothly and as operational performance reports for clients.

Hold coordination meetings with the Account team once a week so that Account activities can be monitored and run well.

Motivating, evaluating, directing and developing the Account team so that it can work well and enthusiastically.
Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree from any major with GPA > 3.00

Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure

Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
-
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field
