Job Description
Looking for an Admin & Finance Officer with strong background in accounting. Under the company President, the Admin & Finance Officer will be preparing financial reports. They will also be assisting the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory and file management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting or Any Related Business Course
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
- Can handle multiple tasks
- Able to adapt in fast-paced work environment and maintain a growth mindset
- Willing to work extended hours / overtime with pay
- Willing to travel to various parts of the Philippines for coordination with clients
- Schedule: 8am-5pm (w/ 1 hr break), Monday-Friday (and weekends, only if needed)
- Preferably residing near or able to commute to office located at Cupang, Antipolo, Rizal, and to go on company travel to project locations in the Philippines
- Regularization upon assessment after a probationary period after 3-6 months
