Job Description

  • Organizes communication via emailes and phone calls
  • Manages and organize members' calendars
  • Organizes meetings, travels and accommodations
  • Creates and reviews members' spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Prepares presentations

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be forward-thinking, self-driven, results-oriented and is comfortable providing all levels of support for C-level executives in the US. The candidate must have the following skills:

  • Bachelor's / College degree in any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting mid to senior level executives in a large corporate environment
  • Expert knowledge of G-Suite, O365, Zoom and Slack
  • Strong skills and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Advanced and impressive performance track record
  • Track record of supporting executives of increasing seniority
  • Supplemental executive administrator certificate programs or education
  • Extensive complex calendar management experience
  • Complex expense management experience
  • Complex travel management experience
  • Extensive experience with remote technology and tools
  • Demonstrated experience successfully communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good client relation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong business judgment
  • High attention to details
  • Highly organized individual
  • Can consistently demonstrate Prialto’s core values
  • Willingness to work in Makati City
  • Willingness to work on night shift
